Board of Directors
The Board of Directors holds the governance and policy-making responsibilities of Commerce Chenango. The Board meets quarterly.
The Board of Directors is composed of 17 Members: 5 are appointed by virtue of their office and 12 directors are elected by the Members of the Chamber. One-third shall be elected annually, to serve for three years or until their successors are elected and have qualified.
