Eligible Rehabilitation Activities:

• Interior Renovations: Painting, flooring installation, and full kitchen or bathroom upgrades.
• Systems Upgrades: Plumbing, electrical work, and heating system installations.
• Structural Improvements: New windows or doors.
• Compliance: Modifications for accessibility, environmental remediation, and code violation corrections.

Property Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be located within Chenango County.
• Must be a residential or mixed-use building (up to 5 residential units maximum).
• Units must currently be vacant due to an unmarketable or uninhabitable condition.
• Property taxes, mortgages, and utilities must be fully current.
